By purchasing tickets for the National Sea Life Centre Birmingham, you agree to these terms and conditions. All bookings are subject to availability and our general terms of admission.

Admission Policy

All visitors must present valid tickets for entry. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. We reserve the right to refuse admission in appropriate circumstances.

Refund Policy

Tickets are non-refundable unless the attraction is closed due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, alternative dates will be offered or refunds provided.

For the safety of all visitors and our marine life, please follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by our staff. Photography is permitted for personal use only.
